Your responsibilities

Within our team specialising in technology innovation and development, you will turn complex problems into intelligent solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing client environments and needs to design innovative, high-performing architectures suited to their strategic challenges;
  • Designing, integrating and optimising Machine Learning and generative AI models for business use cases;
  • Developing modern web applications (notably in Python, Node.js and JavaScript) and seamlessly integrating AI components into existing architectures;
  • Carrying out rigorous testing, providing technical support and continuously fine-tuning models to guarantee their performance;
  • Keeping an active technology watch (RAG, MCP protocol, vector databases) and technically leading automation projects.

This position is part of our artificial intelligence practice.

Your profile

Education

You have a computer science engineering background (Bachelor’s or Master’s level). The position is open to junior profiles and recent graduates as well as to candidates with a first significant experience (long internships or work-study).

Experience and technical skills

  • Solid command of the web and back-end ecosystem, in particular Python (essential for AI), as well as Node.js, JavaScript and SQL;
  • Theoretical knowledge or first hands-on experience of generative AI (working with LLMs, prompt engineering, agents);
  • Ideally, familiarity with vector databases for RAG applications.

Personal qualities

You are highly autonomous, proactive and able to structure your work independently when facing new problems. Your curiosity, adaptability and taste for experimentation help you upskill quickly. Versatile and team-oriented, you enjoy day-to-day on-site collaboration.

Languages

  • French: excellent command
  • English: fluent (B2 minimum)
