Your responsibilities
Within digital transformation teams and in close collaboration with the various departments, your responsibilities will be to:
- Elicit, analyse and formalise functional and business requirements with stakeholders in order to design high-performing digital solutions;
- Translate complex requirements into clear specifications, write user stories, structure product backlogs and model business processes using standard notations (BPMN);
- Facilitate collaborative co-design workshops and act as the ongoing link between business and development teams;
- Support the implementation of paperless (dematerialisation) projects, take part in testing phases and ensure solutions integrate smoothly into the existing ecosystem;
- Produce functional documentation, write user guides and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and reporting tools.

Your profile
Education
You hold an HES degree, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, an EPF engineering degree or a Swiss federal diploma.
Experience and technical skills
- At least 3 years of successful experience as a business analyst, with concrete achievements in requirements specification and in digitalisation or process redesign projects;
- Command of process modelling (BPMN), user story writing and agile methods;
- Good understanding of data-related challenges and application architectures;
- Knowledge of tracking (Jira) and reporting tools is a valuable asset.
