Your responsibilities
Within the IT service teams and in close collaboration with business units and technical teams, your responsibilities will be to:
- Guarantee the operational readiness, performance, security and scalability of the application portfolio under your responsibility;
- Manage relationships with software vendors, suppliers and support teams to ensure effective handling of incidents, problems and change requests;
- Coordinate deployments, acceptance testing, version upgrades and the integration of application solutions within the company’s IT ecosystem;
- Analyse business process optimisation needs, formalise functional and technical requirements and take an active part in transformation projects;
- Ensure application governance, enforce security and compliance standards and write the related technical and operational documentation.
This position is part of our consulting & outsourcing practice.
Your profile
Education
You hold a university or higher education degree in computer science (HES, EPF, university or equivalent qualification).
Experience and technical skills
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in managing, supporting or integrating enterprise applications;
- Good knowledge of software architectures, databases and IT service management principles (ITIL);
- Command of project tracking methods (Agile or traditional cycles) and of ticketing and collaboration tools.
Personal qualities
You have an excellent service mindset and strong interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of technical and business stakeholders. Rigorous, proactive and highly analytical, you manage priorities under pressure and show natural leadership in coordinating interventions.
