Your responsibilities
At the heart of the performance and project steering department, your responsibilities will be to:
- Structure, orchestrate and oversee large-scale portfolios of strategic IT programmes and projects, particularly in the context of business transformations and information system optimisation;
- Ensure overall control of costs, schedules and quality requirements, as well as proactive risk management at every stage of the programmes;
- Steer initiatives by rigorously applying current methodological standards (HERMES, PMI, IPMA, Agile) and ensure smooth approvals by executive and governance committees;
- Unite, lead and energise multidisciplinary teams of highly qualified experts, fostering collaborative efficiency, including in remote-working organisations;
- Advise senior management, design institutional communication strategies, plan change management and ensure projects are aligned with political and regulatory issues.

Your profile
Education
You hold a university Master’s degree in computer science or an EPF engineering degree (or equivalent).
Experience and technical skills
- Accomplished and verifiable experience of at least 7 years managing complex programmes, backed by solid experience in IT project management;
- In-depth command of programme management methodologies (HERMES, PMI, IPMA, Agile);
- Excellent understanding of institutional and public-sector environments;
- Proven ability to interact with executive committees and leading experts.
