UX needs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders using agile and collective intelligence techniques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead some SCRUM ceremonies,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompany developments, providing functional and business support to an agile development team, and interacting with stakeholders to take account of technical or organizational requirements and constraints,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and execute tests using appropriate test tools and techniques, in compliance with agreed standards,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and tools,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the dissemination of best practices among analyst peers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to upgrade skills in a functional area,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in French,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a team and share knowledge,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to collaborate with a wide range of contacts, including business representatives, developers, functional and solution architects,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability, commitment and adaptability,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constructive attitude to change,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under stress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>TRAININGS :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Federal diploma in organization or computer science or University degree or ETH engineering diploma + postgrade,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>SKILLS :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Core competencies  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years&#8217;
