<strong>Business analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Occupancy rate: 80-100%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration: indefinite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>YOUR MISSIONS :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze and model business activities in BPMN, model business entities and their relationships in UML,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elicit business needs, extracting functional and non-functional requirements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write functional specifications based on use cases and entity models, covering functional and non-functional requirements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Describe functionalities in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize them in a Backlog,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders using agile and collective intelligence techniques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze in detail the data sources required for the project and classify the data into referential and operational data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompany developments, providing functional and business support to an agile development team, and interacting with stakeholders to take account of technical or organizational requirements and constraints,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and execute tests using appropriate test tools and techniques, in compliance with agreed standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>QUALITIES REQUIRED :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to upgrade skills in a functional area,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in French,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomy, responsibility, stress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>TRAININGS :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HES diploma or bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma or equivalent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification in agility, business analysis or testing preferred (e.g. PSPO, CBAP, ISTQB).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>SKILLS :<\/p>\n\n<p>Core competencies  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eliciting needs and prioritizing customer expectations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specification of business and system requirements in the form of use cases and user stories (functional specification),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in an Agile\/Scrum team (according to SAFe or SCRUM),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of object modeling using UML notation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN notation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of BABOK, IIBA certification or equivalent appreciated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitating collaborative workshops using collective intelligence techniques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of a backlog management tool (e.g. JIRA),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and implementation of test strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Additional skills  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>UX\/UI design experience (Design Thinking, user research, wireframing),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate and report to senior levels of the organization,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to integrate and work as part of a team, to collaborate and federate multidisciplinary teams in a matrix-type environment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate with customers, in particular to maintain a climate of trust, listen to their needs and respond to them in the best possible way, adapting the way you speak to the person in question,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to assess the criticality of a situation and make decisions accordingly or refer to the project manager,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum competence in security (at least understanding the issues) and data protection,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the role of product owner (certification a plus),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of HERMES methodology,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in public
