class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Articulate clear, synthetic project mandates that align teams and stakeholders with the objectives to be achieved\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understand the issues to be addressed by the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand organizational dynamics to structure committees (Steering, Operational, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify the stakeholders and resources required for project success<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Articulate ambitious, achievable goals and measures to assess their attainment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail critical milestones (including HERMES phase milestones)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct project risk analyses and develop mitigation plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimizing the use of financial resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop project constructive attitude to change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>TRAININGS :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in computer science, EPF engineering diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management certification desired (e.g. HERMES, PMP, Prince2 Practionner, IPMA C\/B\/A)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>SKILLS :<\/p>\n\n<p>Core competencies  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 6 years&#8217; experience in project management, supervising teams of at least 5 people,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in project portfolio management and associated tools (MS Project), including mastery of a project management methodology repository (e.g. Hermes, PMI, Prince2, or IPMA),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to rapidly increase knowledge of technical (EDM\/database migration), functional (ergonomic improvements) and business (legal changes) project issues.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simultaneous management of several projects (HERMES a plus) within a company or government organization.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to articulate clear, synthetic project mandates that align teams and stakeholders with the objectives to be achieved.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to develop project roadmaps to achieve objectives.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to structure, mobilize and coordinate project teams to carry out the tasks required to achieve objectives.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to maintain a climate of trust within project teams by taking needs\/feedback into consideration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate with internal and
