RESEARCH PROFILE: Business analyst
- Contract type: service rental
- Occupancy rate: 80-100%.
- Duration: indefinite, but not more than 5 years
- Desired start date: January1, 2024
VOS MISSIONS :
- Analyze and model business activities in BPMN, model business entities and their relationships in UML,
- Elicit business needs, extracting functional and non-functional requirements,
- Write functional specifications based on use cases and entity models, covering functional and non-functional requirements,
- Describe functionalities in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize them in a Backlog,
- Analyze and model users’ UX needs,
- Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders using agile and collective intelligence techniques,
- Facilitate certain SCRUM ceremonies such as proxy-PO,
- Accompany developments, providing functional and business support to an agile development team, and interacting with stakeholders to take account of technical or organizational requirements and constraints,
- Design and execute tests using appropriate test tools and techniques, in compliance with agreed standards,
- Participate in studies on e-government developments,
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools within the e-government team,
- Participate in the dissemination of best practices among e-government analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS :

TRAININGS :
- HES diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or EPF engineering diploma or federal diploma or equivalent,
- Certification in agility, business analysis or testing preferred (e.g. PSPO, CBAP, ISTQB).

Specialist in the following fields
- Coordination of telecom installations (physical networks, active equipment, wifi antennas, indoor GSM, DECT infrastructure, intercoms, etc.)
- Radio planning tools and wifi quality measurements
- Operation of IT premises such as datacenters, POPs or TT premises.
- Management of video surveillance systems (VMS, cameras, injectors, recording systems, etc.)
- Access control management (door controllers, badge readers, badge encryption technologies, access security, door locking systems, etc.)
- Anti-intrusion system management (alarm systems, sirens, intrusion detectors, etc.)
Additional skills
- Product Owner certification from a recognized organization,
- UX/UI design experience (Design Thinking, user research, wireframing),
- Ability to communicate and report to senior levels of the organization,
- Ability to integrate and work as part of a team, to collaborate and federate multidisciplinary teams in a matrix-type environment,
